I loved this blog post and totally agree - there is so much talk in schools about bullying and then the kids go out on the playground and go right back to bullying. Certainly not confined to kids either - I am amazed at how much bullying I see amongst groups of adults - I know this is cynical but if you get a group of people together you will often see bullying.
